While I have some criticisms of the Bush Administration's policies and leadership, if I were polled, I would classify myself as a Bush supporter.
With this disclosure, I feel I can offer insight to what President-elect Obama needs to be a successful president. IT IS IMPARRATIVE FOR OBAMA TO MAINTAIN THE SUPPORT OF THE AMERICAN PUBLIC.
Even though I was a McCain voter, I am moved and encouraged by seeing the images of millions of people around the world celebrating the election. Inspiration is an intangible emotion that can unleash an American Spirit that can overcome anything.
I have alot of hope for President Obama (not a false high expectation, but true hope for the future). As an American and a carrier of the message Country First, it is in my patriotic duty to support my president. Today I support President Bush and starting on January 20th I will support President Obama. Support doesn't mean in full agreement, but it does mean I will defend my president.
The real highlight of an Obama Administration is the fact his support comes from the ground up. The people have spoken, now lets continue what has been started.
